Kate + Landon

From their days back in St. Louis where they met at Lacoste, when Kate helped Landon pick out a shirt, to now 2 years later being engaged and preparing for their big day, these two are most certainly in love and ready to share their lives with one another!

With a little less than a year away to plan the big day, there’s no doubt that this wedding is going to be a amazing and that they will have a life filled with love and happiness!

So happy for these two!

Reed Pledger

Let me tell you, Reed was so much fun! He just has a contagious laugh and smile! He had a blast walking around the park and exploring the grass, the flowers, and especially the water fountains. It's a good thing he has such a cool mom that let him get super wet because how precious does he look in the fountains?! And those baby blue eyes are so beautiful... look out ladies; this little man is going to be a heart breaker!

First Fishing Lesson

When I was little, my dad used to take me fishing. We always had a friendly competition going; $5 for the first fish, $5 for the most fish and $5 for the biggest fish. Somehow I always ended up with $15. Looking back I'm sure this was a game just to help build my confidence because I know my dad was much better at fishing!

Now I enjoy fishing with my husband. On our trips to Colorado he's taught me how to fly fish. Beautiful water, beautiful surroundings, beautiful trout, it’s just relaxing and tranquil.

I have a feeling that Charlie will enjoy fishing like both of us. When’s it’s not blazing hot outside, we take him over to White Rock Lake to feed the ducks and wet a line. Charlie loves watching his dad and for this first fishing lesson I think playing with the reel case was his true interest!

Charlie's 1st birthday

It's crazy to think that Charlie is 1-year old! This past year has just gone by so fast! There's a taste of sadness that he's no longer a baby, but also great joy in seeing him grow and change into a little boy!

The birthday celebration was so special with Grammie, Meme and Papa all in from Missouri and then of course all of Charlie's buddies came to play and eat cake too!

I decided on a dog themed party for this occasion. I felt that fitting since he's so interested in both of our dogs, Bella our black lab and Zoe our yorkie. We had dog shaped cookies for favors, a dog on the cake and a puppy adoption where the toddlers were able to pick out a stuffed puppy dog, name it, put a collar on it and take it home with them!

Charlie of course loved his first taste of cupcake and icing and had such a great time playing with all of his friends in our backyard. A long nap was definitely taken that afternoon!

Thank you to all of our friends and family for coming to celebrate and make this birthday so special for Charlie!

Buehler Girls

What fun and beautiful little girls! I was so excited to get Kirsten's 1-year photos! Knowing that Kirsten has two older sisters, I told their mom to bring them too so that I could capture all three. I loved seeing all three girls personalities shine through, their similarities and differences. Audrey the eldest, Liselle the middle and Kirsten the baby were so sweet with one another and so cooperative to have their pictures taken. I think more than anything they enjoyed the ducks and over-sized teddy bears!

Texas Bluebonnets

About a month ago, some good friends asked if we could go take some pictures in the bluebonnets and have breakfast together. Between three couples and five babies, four of which are little boys and one sweet little girl, it was a fun and adventurous morning to say the least! There's something so sweet and innocent about seeing those little ones surrounded by all of those beautiful bluebonnets. For a moment it almost felt like we weren't in the city anymore.
